Amazing extension of sales tools

Someone just shared this page on a reddit thread. I have been a long time user of Salesforce and all i can say is they are one of the top CRM out there. Their extensive network of sales and marketing tools has made my business a success.

Salesforce is highly customizable

For me what stands out about Salesforce is how customizable it is. You can adapt it to fit complex sales processes and workflows. The app ecosystem and integrations are extensive, which makes it suitable for larger teams and enterprises. It does require planning, but it’s very capable.

The learning curve is steep for small teams

Salesforce learning curve is steep and overwhelming especially for new users with small team. The interface has many features which is quite good but it takes time to understand how everything works.
