Good for sourcing candidates faster
Mercor’s AI-driven sourcing and vetting tools can dramatically speed up finding technical talent compared to manual recruiting. It lets you describe your needs in natural language and generates a shortlist quickly. However, as a relatively new platform, pricing and fee structure aren’t always clear upfront, and we had to pilot roles before fully understanding the ROI. Still, for companies lacking deep recruiting capacity, Mercor can be a helpful tool in the hiring stack
