The plans are reasonable

We didn’t need onboarding calls to get started. And that was a big plus for us. Onboarding could be time wasting. Also the plans are reasonably priced.

Reviews are coming in even without us announcing our Buyersprove page

We quietly added Buyersprove without announcing it to our customers nor inviting them to our review page but reviews still came in through SEO. Some customers explained why they chose us over competitors. Others described small issues we hadn’t noticed. That feedback helped us refine messaging rather than just celebrate wins.

Some improvements are needed

We didn’t want another badge shouting “excellent.” Buyersprove proved more grounded. But there are lots of improvement to the software that should be carried out.
