Buyersprove has gradually become part of our internal review cycle. Several customers mentioned that our onboarding documentation was confusing in specific places. Because multiple reviews pointed to the same section, we rewrote the instructions and added examples. The number of follow-up questions from new customers dropped significantly afterward.
