I still use Amazon regularly because it’s convenient
I still use Amazon regularly because it’s convenient and returns are usually painless. That said, Prime delivery has become less predictable for me over the past year. Some orders arrive early, others get delayed without much explanation. It’s still useful, but I don’t assume speed anymore.

I used to order almost everything from Amazon
I used to order almost everything from Amazon without thinking twice, but that’s changed. Over the past year, I’ve had too many issues with items arriving damaged, clearly used, or just not matching the description. One item was sold as new but came opened and repackaged, which was pretty disappointing. Yes, returns are possible, but constantly having to return things gets tiring. At this point, I hesitate before ordering anything important or expensive, which defeats the whole convenience Amazon is known for.

Taking too long to get a refund
It used to be very easy to get a refund on purchases from Amazon but not anymore. I contacted support more than a week ago and it's all scripted with auto replies instead of real human contact
